A cert with confident to move on life is Must in social market this day.
Without a cert, lack of confident, on working area, in relationship.............

Coming year would be an important year. A must to get Cert year. With a Cert on hand, would provide guarantee job + income, confident more on relationship as it didn't had right now.

After achieve goals, hopefully, "you" still available there....... reason why no intention move on next step towards "target"...

Definite Aim

Nothing is ever accomplished, that is worthwhile, without a definite plan of procedure that is systematically and continuously day by day.

Focus is one of the key to Success.
Although, in the non-mainstream, focus and stand still with the goals, Success will be occur in the end. No matter in any situation, mind set must stick to the plan without any interrupt or influence.
Self confidence is a must , in believe on your own ability, must have faith in running decision you had make. Never give up in the middle.

Initiative is play an important role, to the road of success, without initiative no one will achieve success because he or she will do nothing out of the ordinary. Never get in the field that not familiar with. Make the right decision, to make the dream come true.

Long way

Every Association, Club, Partnership, Office, Political party, Friendship, and Family matter will face internal politic problem. Is it a natural problem ? Might be yes, it because different people have different point of view with different idea or suggestion.

Newbie is willing to get to higher level of position but in the other hand, seniors worrying of their ability of can't solve heavy matter due to lack of experiences. In the moment, Seniors leader have to train and guide the newbie to follow the track. 

Senior request that junior have to follow their foot step during hard day, but junior do have the minded to reform in another way. That the conflict begins. 

In the end, the lesson was Junior must be PATIENT. Senior must LEAD the new one. 

Spirit of NEVER GIVE UP is must. !!!

Journey to G

As a Student, they main wish in school/university are graduated as fast as possible/graduate on time. In the other hand, they are others struggling for Pass and some who give up, then Quit. 

It was a tough journey used of 4 years. And it still on the run.. Will it success? MUST finish it !!!

Discipline

MUST Practice all the way in our life. Once promise, try your best to do so and stick with the plan, no matter how tough is it. The desperate to be Success must stay on. 

Temptation is around, depends how we Stop & Self-control. 
Time do not wait. 
Once past, regret and guilty can't repeat moment of that time mind and is late to make Correction.

All the time guilty, when she forced to needed help from me, I'm the one who is cold blood. I would like to make an apology to Her by meet up, but everything is to late to do so. She never giving me a chances as friendship. 6 years. I promised, when you need help, just give me a call, will try my best complete what you needed. I will take you as my friend, hoping you will forgive me, will keep update with you, until my last breath.
